UK returns with Royal Mail

You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. If you require an alternative size in an item you purchased, we would recommend placing a new order for the new size and returning the size that is not suitable.

If you wish to return your goods please complete the form to obtain a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN)

You can generate a Royal Mail pre paid label following the steps below and clicking here. This service is fully tracked so please keep the Royal Mail receipt as it will contain your tracking number.

Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact.

Please visit http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/578 to make your free returns label. Once you have your label printed and ready to go you can take it to any post office to be sent back to us. Please note if you do not have a printer, some post offices will be able to print the label for you by scanning the QR code. You will need to have access to the downloaded label for them to do this.

Please note that returned products cannot be dropped back at our warehouse or offices as the general public is not permitted to access them. All returns need to be sent via post.

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned product, Webtogs will issue a refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Webtogs reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

A return confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.
